AIA Colorado South August Eat+Educate

Join AIA Colorado South on Wednesday, Aug. 13, from noon - 1 p.m., for Fluid Applied Air, Vapor and Water Resistant Barriers, an Eat+Educate presented by South & Nibbe, Inc. The program will be held at the Penrose Library Carnegie Reading Room (20 N. Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80903).

Attendees can earn 1.0 AIA HSW continuing education Learning Unit (LU). Under the state of Colorado's rules for continuing education for state licensure renewal, this program should meet the requirements for 1.0 HSW CEH.

This presentation discusses the function and specification of fluid applied air, vapor and water resistant barriers as they are an increasingly important aspect of building design. In addition to reducing energy consumption, they protect buildings from the harmful effects of moisture in wall systems.

This program is free for all AIA Colorado South members and lunch will be provided by South & Nibbe, Inc.
